Rhonda Cole sang her first solo on her 16th birthday at First Baptist Church, Petersburg, TX.  With knees knocking, heart beating triple-time, and voice shaking, she made it through that first solo.  She says she still gets some of those "symptoms" when she stands up to sing sometimes, but she loves singing for the Lord and sharing her testimony with others.  Her kindness and determination in the midst of difficulties and her authentic compassion for others are an inspiration to those around her.

Rhonda often reflects about her early Christian experiences in her concerts, combining her songs with inspiring life stories. “The person who influenced me the most for Christ was my Mom (Shirley Mann). It was through her influence that I recognized what Christianity was all about – not all about going to church – it was about Him living His life through me,” she says.

Rhonda released her 1st album, “Like A Butterfly”, in 2006.  She is hoping to record a "Hymns & Praise Songs" album and a Christmas album in the near future.

Rhonda's songs are not just a collection of inspiring lyrics, but they've become her life story. "Looking back now,  I can undoubtedly see God’s hand guiding me through all of the difficult moments in my life. By sharing my story, I hope it will help someone else find their way through whatever they may be going through. I can think of no greater purpose for this ministry than that.”
